Elbaum followed her husband's example, who had previously also disposed of his property.
The wife of humorist Gennady Hazanov has also sold her property in Russia. According to the Telegram channel SHOT, Zlata Elbaum has disposed of her apartment and cottage.
The value of the aforementioned properties is estimated at over 250 million rubles (2.5 million euros). Hazanov's wife sold a house with an area of 1,200 square meters, with a plot size of 7,500 square meters. The cottage is located in the village of Fominskoye, in the city of Troitsk.
"Elbaum also sold a spacious apartment of 165 square meters in an elite settlement in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region," the source reports. The approximate value of the property is 33 million rubles. This residence is located next to Hazanov's own apartment, although this property now belongs to another owner.
Elbaum followed her husband's example, who had previously also disposed of his Russian real estate. The humorist kept only a 39-square-meter apartment valued at 21 million rubles. The value of the properties sold by Gennady Viktorovich is estimated at nearly 1 billion rubles (10 million euros).
Zlata Iosifovna worked as an assistant to director Mark Rozovsky. Hazanov and Elbaum got married in 1970. The witness at the wedding on the groom's side was Leonid Utyosov. The couple has a 51-year-old daughter, Alisa Hazanova. Together with her father, the actress, director, and producer owned a 250-square-meter apartment on Spiridonovka, but this property also has a new owner.
