Psychologist Suggested Recommendations for Improving Concentration

Psychologist Natalia Bezgina highlighted factors negatively affecting concentration, including information overload.

 

According to the specialist, the brain cannot keep up with processing and organizing the abundance of information, which leads to quick fatigue.

“Having multiple social media apps on your phone and constant notifications overload your brain, and even if you haven’t started working, you still feel tired,” the expert explained.

To avoid information overload, the psychologist recommends conducting an information detox: reducing the time spent on social media, turning off notifications, and setting filters for incoming information.

“Set timers for social media use — this will help you conserve energy and focus on what really matters,” Bezgina concluded.
