How to Prepare the Remedy Yourself
For this, you need to put onion peels into a pot. There is no need to pack them down. Then add water and turn on the heat. After boiling, let the broth cook for another five minutes.
After that, the solution should be strained through cheesecloth to remove the peels from the liquid for spraying.
The resulting concentrate is diluted with water in a ratio of 1 to 5.
How to Use the Remedy
Onion peels are suitable for both prevention and combating insects. The broth can be used on any plants: it is equally effective for tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, and even flowers.
Preventive treatment is recommended once every two weeks.
If there are many pests in the area or the plant is affected by disease, the onion peel broth can be applied up to two times a week.
