The company "KOOL Latvija", engaged in retail fuel sales, has decided to further offer coffee in accordance with market conditions, providing customers with certain savings.
“After the appointment of the new board, the company began an optimization phase, during which the entire portfolio of products and subscriptions is being reviewed to ensure sustainable operations and fair prices for customers in the long term,” said board member of "KOOL Latvija" Dace Grinsone.
D. Grinsone emphasizes that the updated coffee subscription, even at the new price, still provides significant savings and is one of the most cost-effective ways for active users to enjoy coffee daily.
At the same time, the company is reviewing the subscription offerings as a whole. As part of this process, the fuel subscription in its previous format, which provided a fixed discount, will be discontinued. In the future, fuel discount offers will be formed based on market conditions without artificial price reductions.
Existing customers will be ensured a clear and fair transition both to the updated coffee subscription and regarding the use of the already purchased fuel subscription.
At the same time, the company is working on improving the coffee service and overall coffee experience, as coffee is an important part of the company's offering.
