In an American school textbook, Trump has been compared to Hitler.

In an American school textbook, U.S. President Donald Trump has been compared to the leader of Nazi Germany, Adolf Hitler. This was reported by Newsweek.

New York Post and Fox News columnist Karol Markowicz shared a page from a U.S. politics textbook on the social network X, which was shown to her by her teenage cousin.

"Trump is ideologically similar to Hitler, and [U.S. Senator] Bernie Sanders is slightly left of center," the journalist wrote, attaching a diagram from the textbook to her post.

According to the textbook, Trump is located in the upper right corner of the political coordinates—right of Hitler and slightly below him on the level of 'authoritarianism.' Among the authoritarian left are former leaders of the USSR and Cuba, Joseph Stalin and Fidel Castro, while among the authoritarian right are U.S. Senator from Texas Ted Cruz, former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, former U.S. President Barack Obama, former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and former U.S. President George W. Bush.

American billionaire and creator of the social network X, Elon Musk, also commented on the diagram from this textbook. "This is madness," he wrote.

Earlier, Greg Simons, a professor at Daffodil International University in Dhaka (Bangladesh), also compared Trump to Hitler. He noted that the American leader behaves in the Iranian conflict similarly to the leader of Nazi Germany, who was emboldened by his victories at the beginning of World War II.
