Ingredients

chicken fillet — 600 g; cottage cheese 0% — 120 g; egg — 1 pc.; milk — 230 ml; onion — 1 pc. (large); garlic — 2 cloves; black pepper; salt.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the onion and garlic.

  2. Cut the onion into small cubes.

  3. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it with a paper towel, and cut it into pieces.

  4. Grind the chicken fillet, onion, and garlic in a meat grinder.

  5. Add cottage cheese, egg, black pepper, salt, and mix until smooth.

  6. With wet hands, shape the patties and place them in a baking dish.

  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then remove the patties from the oven, pour warm milk over them, lightly salt, and return to the oven, bring to a boil, and cook for another 10-12 minutes.
