Fragments were found in Latvia that appear to be related to a foreign drone shot down by French fighters on June 8 in the Rezekne region.
"On Sunday, June 14, fragments of objects were found that may be related to the threat in the airspace in eastern Latvia, which was prevented on June 8. The analysis of the found fragments is ongoing," said the Ministry of Defense of Latvia.

The incident is already being investigated by the State Security Service.
As reported by bb.lv, on the morning of June 8, French fighters shot down a foreign drone in the area of the Latgale village of Rogovka.
At that time, the military stated that the drone was destroyed at a relatively high altitude. For this reason, its fragments could have scattered over a significant area, which significantly complicated the search efforts.
