On Monday, rain is expected at times in most of Latvia, with thunderstorms in some areas, forecasters predict.
The wind will blow from the south, ranging from light to moderate, becoming gusty during thunderstorms. When the sun peeks through the clouds, the air temperature will rise to +14..+18 degrees.
Rain is also expected in Riga at times, which may be heavy for a short period. A light to moderate southern wind will blow. The maximum air temperature will reach +17 degrees.
Weather conditions are determined by a cyclone. Atmospheric pressure is 997–1001 hectopascals at sea level.
