The wind will be light, and the air temperature will rise to +9...+14 degrees, although in some places in the eastern regions, the temperature will not exceed +8 degrees.
In Riga, the sky will be partially covered with clouds, the wind will be light, with no precipitation, and the air temperature will rise to +10...+12 degrees.
