Sunday, May 10, passed in the 'green zone' - there were no magnetic storms. The same situation awaits us on Monday, May 11, and Tuesday, the 12th.
And while this may seem like a repeat, both Wednesday, the 13th, and Thursday, the 14th, will still be nice and green. Let's enjoy spring in both earthly and cosmic weather!
However, Friday, May 15, and Saturday, May 16, will be marked by a severe magnetic storm. According to the forecast, it will start sharply on Friday and will take a long time to calm down. In any case, by Sunday, May 17, the intensity of the phenomenon will decrease, but the storm will still remain very strong.
How magnetic storms affect health
We have mentioned before that the impact of magnetic storms on health significantly decreases during the warm season. This is indeed the case; statistics will not lie.
But what exactly causes this impact is a matter of debate among medical professionals. In principle, people are constantly exposed to much stronger magnetic fields, for example, in an electric train. However, this exposure is temporary, and the train's field is somewhat 'external' to you. The Earth's magnetic field, on the other hand, is unavoidable; you cannot shield yourself from it or protect yourself. We are immersed in it, like a fly in jam. This means that our connection to the Earth's magnetic field may be much stronger.
In any case, since medicine cannot provide a definitive answer, we can only listen to our own bodies. If you see that there is a magnetic storm in the forecast, and it is indeed happening (it is not a fact that the forecast is always accurate), and if you consider yourself sensitive to cosmic weather – it is better to exercise caution and not subject your health to unnecessary stress. Sleep, as practical doctors say, is the best ally in this matter.
