Threads user Renars called Russians stupid because English signs are duplicated in their native language abroad.
He probably doesn’t realize that this is a way to attract Russian buyers. Or maybe he is upset that they don’t write in Latvian in Greece:

Not all commentators agree with Renars. Many advise him to learn to write in Latvian properly.
