On Sunday, warm but cloudier weather will continue in Latvia, predicts the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre.
On the night before Sunday, the weather will be mostly clear and dry. A weak to moderate south-western and southern wind will blow, and the air temperature will drop to +5 to +10 degrees.
In Riga, clear weather without precipitation is expected at night. A light wind will blow from the south, and the air will cool down to +8 to +10 degrees.
During the day, the sky will be covered with clouds in many places, but it will occasionally clear up and the sun will peek through. In some areas, mainly in the eastern regions of the country, light rain is expected.
The air will warm up to +20 to +24 degrees, while in some coastal areas it will be cooler, and the air temperature will not exceed +12 to +18 degrees.
In Riga, during the day, the sun will alternate with clouds, but no precipitation is expected. A weak southern wind will persist. The air temperature will rise to +22 to +24 degrees, and it will be a few degrees cooler in the northern part of the city.
