Starting May 9, there will be minor changes in the schedule of several bus and trolleybus routes in Riga, the company "Rīgas satiksme" reported to the LETA agency.
Changes will be introduced on weekends starting May 9, and on weekdays starting May 11. The number of flights on the routes will not change.
On weekdays, changes will affect bus routes No. 12, 13, 29, 36, and 54, while on weekends, routes No. 7, 8, 23, 25, 26, 29, 44, 50, 54, and 55 will be affected.
In trolleybus operations, changes will be introduced on routes No. 11, 18, 23, and 35 on weekdays and on routes No. 18, 23, and 35 on weekends.
In some routes, changes will affect all trips except for the first and last ones, while in others, only specific trips or certain times of the day will be affected.
The changes have been made to coordinate transfers between different route flights, ensure more accurate adherence to the schedule, and balance the working hours and rest periods of public transport drivers.
