A court in Moscow has accepted for consideration the lawsuit of blogger and host Victoria Bonya against Aurora Kiba — the girl who is in a relationship with singer Grigory Leps. The reasons for the lawsuit and the amount of the claims have not been disclosed.
Blogger and host Victoria Bonya has filed a lawsuit in the Kuzminsky District Court of Moscow against Aurora Kiba, who is in a relationship with singer Grigory Leps, for the protection of her honor and dignity.
Victoria Bonya herself has not commented on the filing of the lawsuit against Aurora Kiba on her social media. According to the magazine Voice, the conflict between Bonya and Kiba began in July of this year. At that time, the host allegedly reported financial problems in the girl’s family during one of the RuTube shows. Kiba responded on her Instagram page (owned by Meta, which is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia) with comments speculating about Bonya’s personal life.
Earlier, in June, a magistrate judge in Moscow fined Victoria Bonya 50,000 rubles under the protocol for promoting drugs on the internet. This was due to the blogger and host's statements in an interview about her experience with ayahuasca.
Ayahuasca is a psychoactive brew traditionally used by indigenous peoples of the Amazon for shamanic and ritual purposes to gain knowledge and communicate with spirits. It is made from the vine Banisteriopsis caapi and plants containing dimethyltryptamine (DMT), and it induces intense psychological and spiritual experiences. The name "ayahuasca" comes from Quechua and means "vine of the spirit" or "vine of the soul."
