On March 25, the legendary duo of Tatiana and Sergey Nikitin will perform in Riga. At this concert, their son Alexander will also perform with them — a rare occasion when the Nikitins will transform from a duo into a trio.
The lines of many songs familiar to us since childhood are inseparable from the voices of the Nikitins. We know these songs by heart and often hum them — for ourselves or in company. "I Asked the Ash Tree", "If You Don’t Have an Aunt", "To the Music of Vivaldi", "Alexandra" and many other hits by Tatiana and Sergey Nikitin have become the very thread that connects times and generations.
Through the work of Tatiana and Sergey Nikitin, we became acquainted with Levitan, Pasternak, Tarkovsky, Yevtushenko, and other great poets.
