On May 31, an event dedicated to International Children's Day, titled "Like in a Fairy Tale, Summer Has Come!" will take place in the courtyard of the Ilguciems Cultural Center in Riga.
Visitors to the event will enjoy a variety of entertainment throughout the day: orienteering, a concert, creative workshops, large wooden games, and surprises for the whole family.
Families with school-aged children, as well as anyone interested in getting to know the surroundings of Ilguciems and participating in the orienteering game "Pedestrian Orienteering in Ilguciems," are invited. During the game, participants will be able to find items in the area, complete tasks, and actively spend time with family or friends.
The event will feature a pop group from the Pardaugava cultural association "Ildzēni" and a children's and youth vocal ensemble "Tu un es." The event will be hosted by magician Dante Pecolli.
Throughout the day, large wooden games and creative workshops will be available in the courtyard of the Ilguciems Cultural Center — "Plate Painting Workshop" and "Paper Wonders."
