According to him, it is important to go to bed on time so that in the morning you can wake up without rushing and have a couple of hours before leaving the house. These hours, the doctor emphasized, should be dedicated not to the smartphone, but to oneself.

Myasnikov advised spending at least 10 minutes on physical exercises, and then having breakfast with porridge or an egg. In addition, he noted that one should not read the news in the morning — it can spoil the mood for the entire day, the doctor concluded.

Earlier, neurologist O. Sokolova talked about ways to restore the brain without medication. She recommended not to touch gadgets in the first half hour after waking up, so that the brain smoothly transitions from sleep to wakefulness and prepares for a productive day. The specialist also advises dedicating at least half an hour to movement every day and arranging a digital detox once a week to reboot the nervous system.
