5 eggs, a little chicken, and magic in the pan

If you have some chicken lying in the freezer and no idea what to make with it, this recipe will help. Just five eggs, a little vegetables — and in a matter of minutes, you can make a fragrant Italian frittata in one pan, suitable for lunch, dinner, or breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (boneless and skinless) — 150–200 g
  • Eggs — 5 pcs
  • Broccoli — 150 g
  • Milk — 50 ml
  • Hard cheese — 50–80 g
  • Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp.
  • Salt, pepper — to taste
  • Italian herbs — to taste

Cooking Steps:

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and quickly fry it in a pan with oil.
  2. Break the broccoli into florets, boil for 4–5 minutes, rinse with cold water, and add to the chicken in the pan.
  3. Beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until smooth, add the spices and grated cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and broccoli, reduce the heat, and cook covered for 8–10 minutes until the frittata is fully set.

Juicy, hearty, and incredibly delicious frittata is ready. Serve immediately — for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and the whole family will be satisfied!
