This is a quick and easy snack option made from leftovers in the fridge.
Ingredients

Large egg - 1 piece

Imitation crab sticks - 5 pieces

Cheese - 50 g

Mayonnaise - 1–2 tsp

Salt - to taste

Parsley or other herbs - to taste

Baguette - ½ piece

Vegetable oil - for greasing
Preparation

Boil the egg hard for 10 minutes, cool, and peel.

Cut the crab sticks and egg into small pieces. Grate the cheese.

Mix with mayonnaise and salt. You can add parsley now or save it for serving.

Slice the baguette. Place the filling on it.

Place on a baking sheet greased with oil.

Send to the oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 10–15 minutes.
