The recipe is incredibly simple, but the result will charm all lovers of skillet or grill dishes.

Lavash - 1 package

Tomatoes - 200 g

Garlic - 3-4 cloves

Assorted herbs

Eggs - 6 pcs.

Semi-hard cheese - 100 g

Ground black pepper - to taste

Salt - to taste
Preparation:

Cut the tomatoes into half-rings. Finely chop the herbs.

Grate the garlic on a fine grater. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Place the lavash on a dry frying pan or on a grill rack. Crack one egg and whisk it over the lavash.

Add the tomatoes, herbs, garlic, and cheese to the egg.

Season with pepper and salt, and fold the edges of the lavash towards the center to prevent the filling from leaking.

Cook on the grill or in the frying pan until the filling is sealed on one side, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

Once ready, you can sprinkle more cheese on top, cut into pieces, and serve with meat or your favorite sauce.
