Autumn is the time for warm breakfasts and fragrant desserts. Try making pancakes with caramelized plums: they are perfect for tea and as a sweet treat.
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour — 170 g
- Milk (hot) — 500 ml
- Chicken eggs — 3 pcs.
- Sugar — 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil — 60 g
- Salt — ½ tsp.
For the filling:
- Plums — 500 g
- Sugar — 100 g
- Butter — 30 g
Preparation:
- Wash the plums, remove the pits, and cut them in half.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, add the sugar, and stir until dissolved. Add the plums and cook until they become soft.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with sugar and salt, pour in half of the milk, add the flour, and mix thoroughly, then pour in the remaining milk and vegetable oil.
- Fry the pancakes in a preheated skillet on both sides.
- Place 4–5 plums on each pancake and fold it into an envelope.
Tip: For aroma, add a pinch of cinnamon to the plums.
