The release of the video game GTA VI has been postponed to November 19, 2026. This was announced by Rockstar Games.
The official release date was previously set for May 26, 2026.
“These additional months will allow us to finish the game with the level of polish that you expect and deserve,” said Rockstar Games.
GTA VI is one of the most anticipated video games by gamers worldwide. Initially, Rockstar promised to release it in 2025, but May 26, 2026, became the first exact date planned for the release.
So far, two trailers for GTA VI have been released. The first one was in 2023, and the second one was in May 2025.
The previous game in the series, GTA V, was released in 2013. It became one of the most successful products in the history of the gaming industry.
