In one ministry, all employees received bonuses — that was the Ministry of Health. In other ministries, most employees received bonuses, or 70-90%.
This year, it has been decided to slow down the payment of bonuses in public administration, and bonuses "for positive performance evaluation" will not be paid temporarily. However, last year, such bonuses, conditionally speaking, for hard work, were paid in all ministries, as reported by the LTV program "Panorāma". The total amount is 4,177,556 euros.
The largest bonus paid to one employee was 4,725 euros, while the smallest was 288 euros.
When evaluating the bonuses paid to one employee, the largest payment was in the Ministry of Smart Administration and Regional Development — 4,725 euros. The smallest bonus was paid by the Ministry of Education and Science — 288 euros.
The most bonuses were paid in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while the least were in the Ministry of Health.
The largest amount spent on bonuses was in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs — 600,000 euros. However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also has the most employees — 600.
Following are the Ministries of Defense, Finance, and the Interior with quite similar bonus payments — from 400,000 to 481,000 euros.
