Every Second Person Suffers from Mental Disorders

Psychiatrist on the situation with mental health.

Psychiatrist Elena Vrublevska noted in an interview with TV-24 that, according to international statistics, before the COVID pandemic, one in six people worldwide suffered from mental disorders, but after the pandemic, and even now, every second person exhibits symptoms of mental disorders. "No, this does not mean that every second person has a mental diagnosis; these are just symptoms - most often anxiety disorders, but this is the reality," the psychiatrist reported.
