Netflix has renewed the series "Emily in Paris" for a sixth season, as announced on the streaming service's social media. In the show, Lily Collins plays Emily Cooper, a marketing specialist from the U.S. who moves to Paris for a new job.
The fifth season debuted in the top ten Netflix series at number two, garnering 13.5 million views in the first four days of streaming, and maintained its second place with 13.3 million views the following week.
The action of the fifth season partially took place in Italy, and the finale hinted at Greece. As Deadline reports, regarding the official transfer of the show's filming to Greece, both the show's runner Darren Star and Lily Collins respond evasively but express hope for it.
