Working with people is the most energy-consuming activity. Therefore, taking care of your own state should be your priority.
The greatest amount of energy a person receives comes from joyful events. This can be something as simple as a purchase after work, where you choose items based solely on one criterion: you like it! Or attending a concert where many happy people fill you with energy. Sources of positive energy can also include sports events, museum tours, and meetings with friends.
There is also an effective trick: place a photo of yourself looking truly happy on your bedside table. Write at the bottom: “What will I treat myself to today?” Anticipating pleasant events from the very morning will help you stay in a resourceful state.
At your workplace, create a “water feature”: you can buy a mini desktop waterfall, set up an aquarium with fish, or simply hang a picture depicting water — all of this will help harmonize your state while working.
