Svetlana CHAIKOVSKAYA, a hygienist doctor, explains: “When choosing vitamin and mineral complexes, it is important to consult a doctor. It is recommended to see a therapist or a general practitioner. The opinion of a specialist is necessary, as the use of vitamin complexes has its own peculiarities.”

To understand what substances your body needs, you should take a blood test for vitamin status. Based on the results, the doctor will be able to determine which vitamins you are lacking.

For example, symptoms such as fatigue and weakness may indicate a deficiency of vitamins C, A, E, B1, B2, and B12. Insomnia may occur with a deficiency of vitamins B6 and PP. Hair loss is often associated with a lack of vitamins A, B6, and biotin.”
