What benefits do nail-standing sessions bring?

My acquaintance started attending nail-standing sessions. What is this practice and what help can it provide?

 

“A nail-standing session is an Indian practice aimed at achieving spiritual goals. During the session, work is done on three levels: physical, energetic, and psychological,” explains psychologist and regression therapist Ekaterina STELMAK. “This practice helps to get rid of mental and muscular blocks, promotes willpower training, and allows for relaxation of the mind and body.

During nail standing, a person can 'experience' emotions that are stuck in the body (crying, laughing, or releasing anger). The brain, during the session, comes to the erroneous conclusion that the legs are pierced by nails and sends a signal to the body to release substances for healing wounds.

These substances are distributed throughout the body in areas that need healing. At this moment, a complete reboot of the entire body occurs. After the practice, a person feels complete relaxation, tranquility, and calmness.”
