How do the phases of the moon affect plants?

Please tell me how the phases of the Moon affect plants?

The lunar calendar compiler Valentina KOROLEVA explains: “During the waxing moon, the life juices rise from the roots upwards, the root system develops weakly, while the stem, crown, foliage, and fruits are filled with energy, and at the full moon, the fruits, leaves, and flowers are maximally saturated with juices.

During the waning moon, the nutrient juices flow from the top and pour into the roots, reducing the vitality of the above-ground parts of the plants.

The roots are at their strongest during this period, with increased survival rates and immunity to infections. At the new moon, biological processes in plants are slowed down, as if they are entering hibernation.”
