Nutritionist Ekaterina Stasyuk claims that the intake of beneficial micronutrients is most often associated with meals.
According to her, it is during meals that fats and water enter the body, which are necessary for the effective absorption of vitamins.
“Be sure to read the instructions; manufacturers always indicate when it is best to take vitamins — before, during, or after meals,” the specialist emphasized.
In addition, the nutritionist warned that only a doctor can prescribe vitamins, and self-administration is not recommended.
