There are specific features of washing.
It is recommended to wash thermal underwear by hand. Avoid strong friction, wringing, and stretching of the fabric. It is best to gently rinse it in soapy water using baby soap, as if rinsing the surface.
If you do not have the time or desire to wash by hand, choose a washing machine temperature of 30-40 degrees Celsius. Avoid using bleach and chlorine-containing agents, and do not wring it in the drum. The optimal mode for this type of clothing is 'wool'.
If your thermal underwear has a fleece lining, turn it inside out before washing.
