Cardiologist Andrey Kostashko explained how to make the first meal beneficial not only for the digestive system and figure but also for the heart and blood vessels.

According to him, creating healthy, tasty, and even aesthetically pleasing sandwiches is easier than ever. It is enough to add more vegetables, fruits, and greens to the usual butter or cheese. It is also important to maintain a balance between proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.

Here are three simple breakfast options that will delight you and your loved ones:

* sandwich with avocado, tomatoes, and chicken fillet. Tomatoes help fight free radicals and have a rejuvenating effect, avocado replenishes supplies of healthy fats, and chicken meat provides the body with easily digestible protein.

* sandwich with avocado and sea fish. Fats, omega-3 fatty acids, phosphorus, and zinc not only improve appearance but also support the normal functioning of internal organs. Regular consumption of sea fish twice a week can help improve memory and avoid unpleasant situations.
