This dish is not only appetizing and impressive, but its preparation will not take much time. It can be served without any special occasion as a main dish with a side or adorn the festive table as a hot appetizer.
Ingredients:
chicken fillet, 50 g,
bacon, 100 g,
soft cheese or feta, 70 g,
spinach,
1/2 bell pepper,
salt,
pepper.
Cooking Process:
1. Cut the fillet lengthwise, open it like a book, pound it, then season with salt and pepper.
2. Finely chop the spinach and mix it with the cheese. If using feta, it should be mashed with a fork beforehand.
3. Spread the resulting mixture onto the chicken fillet, adding a few strips of bell pepper along the edges.

4. Roll the fillet as tightly as possible. Wrap it in bacon and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.

5. Carefully slice the finished roll into not too thin pieces so that the filling does not leak out.
The roll-ups can be served as an appetizer or with a side dish as a main course.
