Sprouted Walnuts for Rejuvenating the Body

You are probably familiar with how the beneficial properties of wheat increase when sprouted in water. This product is actively used in both home recipes and the food industry.

 

However, few are aware of the benefits of properly sprouted walnuts, which can cleanse the circulatory system, remove toxins, and provide the body with a significant portion of the daily norm of healthy fats.

Unpeeled walnuts are placed in a suitable container. It is not recommended to sprout more than one kilogram in one container at the same time. The nuts should be covered with water just enough to slightly submerge them. It is best to keep the container on a windowsill to provide the sprouts with sufficient light. In hot and sunny days, two weeks is usually enough for full growth. If there is not enough light for photosynthesis, it may take a little longer. To speed up the process, you can slightly crack the shell so that water can easily penetrate to the kernel through the cracks. The water should be changed every two days, and the nuts should be stirred twice a day. After the sprouts appear, the container should be moved to the refrigerator, preferably to the bottom and closer to the back wall. The cold will help slow down the growth.

It is recommended to consume three walnuts with breakfast and dinner. These nuts contain a large amount of amino acids that contribute to the rejuvenation of the body and provide cellular nutrition. Additionally, they are an excellent remedy for restoring the immune and nervous systems, nourish brain cells, and strengthen the skeletal and muscular systems.

There are contraindications for people with pancreatitis and other pancreatic disorders.
