Raw beet salads promote increased brain activity and serve as an excellent prevention of cardiovascular diseases.

 

Beetroot contains a significant amount of folic acid, the effect of which is enhanced by dried fruits such as raisins, prunes, and apricots. Regular consumption of this vegetable not only promotes better blood circulation and prevents thrombosis but also activates brain activity. Additionally, a salad made from raw beetroot helps to digest fatty dishes more quickly.

Raw Beet Salad with Nuts

Ingredients:

Beetroot – 1
Any nuts – 100 g
Garlic – 3 cloves
Carrot – 1
Mayonnaise (preferably homemade)

Preparation:

Grate the peeled vegetables and mix them together.

Add the garlic pressed through a garlic press and the nuts, previously chopped in a blender, to the mixture.

Dress with mayonnaise and serve immediately.

Beet Salad with Apples

A fruit and vegetable salad with an unusual taste, promoting health recovery and improving skin condition. This vitamin salad has a wonderful taste and perfectly replaces a light dinner.

Ingredients:

Beetroot – 1
Apple – 2
Honey – 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp.
Fresh herbs

Preparation:

Grate the peeled beetroot and apples (can be with skin), drizzle with lemon juice and honey.

Let it sit for 4-5 minutes, then dress with oil, add herbs, season with salt, and mix thoroughly.

Beet Salad with Cabbage

A salad that helps cleanse the body of toxins and waste. This salad, known in folk culture as “Broom,” is ideal for people with gastrointestinal diseases. If desired, kohlrabi can be replaced with radish.

Ingredients:

Beetroot – 1
Cabbage – 200 g
Apple – 2
Flaxseed oil – 3 tbsp.
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
Kohlrabi – 1

Preparation:

Shred the cabbage, grate the other vegetables. Mix all the ingredients, drizzle with lemon juice, and add oil. Before serving, sprinkle with herbs and mix again thoroughly.

Beet Salad with Yogurt

This “Beauty Salad” quickly restores the natural color of the skin, increasing its firmness and elasticity.

Ingredients:

Beetroot – 1
Prunes and nuts – 150 g each
Honey – 1 tsp.
Yogurt – 150 ml

Preparation:

Add chopped dried fruits to the grated beetroot, dress with yogurt and honey.
Mix and, if desired, garnish with herbs.

A delicate, tasty, and savory salad that is perfect for a festive table.

Beetroot – 1
Parmesan – 150 g
Garlic – 3 cloves
Carrot – 2
Sour cream – 50 ml
Salt, pepper

Preparation:

Grate the peeled vegetables on a coarse grater. Add the garlic pressed through a garlic press and the Parmesan cut into small pieces.

Dress with sour cream, season with salt, and mix thoroughly.
