Sergey Vyalov, a hepatologist, gastroenterologist, and candidate of medical sciences, shared recommendations for choosing sandwiches for breakfast. These are not traditional sandwiches with bread and sausage, as they do not contain sufficient nutrients. It is better to prefer healthy options.

 

A healthy sandwich includes protein, greens, and vegetables. An optimal option would be a combination of chicken fillet, tomatoes, and avocado. Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants, chicken is a source of protein necessary for tissue growth and repair, and avocado helps lower cholesterol levels. A sandwich made with bread, tuna, mango, and avocado can also be prepared, which will positively affect heart and vascular health. Tuna is high in protein and omega-3 fatty acids, mango provides vitamin A and antioxidants, and avocado contains potassium and vitamin E.

Sometimes for breakfast, one can indulge in a fatty fried cheburek, temporarily forgoing vegetables. Fats are also necessary for the normal functioning of the body. The gallbladder is activated upon the intake of fat, releasing bile into the intestine, which is essential for the breakdown and absorption of fats. There is no other way to remove bile from the body.
