Fish spread for sandwiches
To prepare delicious sandwiches, you don't have to spend a lot of money on expensive caviar or red fish. With 'proven' pink salmon, they will also be incredibly tasty.
You will need just two ingredients: a can of canned pink salmon and 100 g of butter. First, drain the oil or juice from the can, then place the fish in a blender bowl along with the softened butter. If you don't have a blender, you can simply mash the ingredients with a fork, but in this case, be careful with the bones and remove them thoroughly.
In the blender, whip the ingredients at maximum speed for 30 seconds. The result will be a homogeneous airy mass. You can add a little salt and ground pepper to taste and whip again. If desired, you can add boiled eggs or fried onions to the mixture, but it will be very tasty even without these additions!
Spread the paste on toasted or oven-dried bread, crackers, or tartlets. You can use sprigs of herbs to decorate the sandwiches. Enjoy your meal!
