Ingredients:

ripe bananas (preferably with yellow skin and dark spots)
sugar (optional)
oil (butter or vegetable)
cinnamon (optional)

Step 1: Prepare the Bananas

Choose ripe bananas with dark spots on the skin. This ensures the sweetness of the fruit. Peel them and cut them in half lengthwise.

Step 2: Prepare the Pan

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. If you want, you can sprinkle a little sugar on the bottom of the pan to make the bananas even sweeter. Wait until the oil melts and coats the bottom.

Step 3: Fry the Bananas

Place the banana halves in the pan and fry them until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes on each side. If desired, you can sprinkle the bananas with cinnamon for added aroma.

Fried bananas are best served hot. They pair wonderfully with ice cream, whipped cream, and honey. Try this amazing dessert and discover a variety of flavors.
