Is it possible to consume cocoa before bedtime?

Nutritionist Lydia Kvashnina claims that cocoa can be consumed daily, but it is better to refrain from having a cup of this aromatic drink before bedtime.

 

According to her, cocoa contains a significant amount of caffeine, which can cause undesirable reactions in the body.

“It is not advisable to consume cocoa at night to avoid insomnia and sleep disturbances,” the expert explained.

Additionally, Kvashnina recommends not to overindulge in this drink, limiting oneself to two cups of cocoa a day.
