Nutritionist Elena Solomatina states that hard cheese can cause nausea and headaches.
According to her, hard cheese contains more concentrates compared to soft cheese. It is rich not only in calcium and protein but also contains salt and tyramine, which can negatively affect the health of some people.
“In people with heightened sensitivity to tyramine, hard cheese can provoke headaches or even nausea.
Therefore, it is better for them to avoid it and choose brined varieties,” the expert explained.
