In Poltava, a pensioner hired a hitman for her neighbor who disturbed her while feeding pigeons, according to the judicial register of Ukraine.
The Kyiv district court sentenced her to six years in prison.
The investigation proved that the neighbors constantly quarreled over pigeons, and eventually the grandmother began looking for a hitman to injure the man for $500 by shooting him in the eyes with a "Flobert" pistol.
The men who agreed to this informed the police, and they staged an attack.
The grandmother was shown photographs of her bloodied neighbor, and she paid the money, after which she was arrested.
