During the past work week, fuel prices in the capitals of the Baltic states mostly increased, with the only exception being the price of diesel fuel in Riga, which remained unchanged, according to aggregated data from the LETA agency.
At the end of the work week, the highest price for gasoline was in Tallinn, followed by Riga and Vilnius. At the same time, diesel fuel was most expensive in Vilnius, then in Riga, while the lowest price for diesel was in Tallinn.
In Riga, at the "Circle K" gas station on Krasta Street, the price of 95 octane gasoline increased by 1.4% compared to the previous Friday, reaching 1.484 euros per liter. A liter of diesel fuel cost the same as a week ago, at 1.464 euros.
In Vilnius, at the "Circle K" gas station on Savanoriu Avenue, 95 octane gasoline was priced at 1.479 euros per liter, which is 1.4% higher than a week ago, while the price of diesel fuel rose by 2% to 1.549 euros per liter on Friday.
In Tallinn, at "Circle K" stations, the price of 95 octane gasoline increased by 1.3% over the week, reaching 1.519 euros per liter on Friday, while diesel fuel cost 1.419 euros per liter, which is 2.9% higher than a week ago.
The price of autogas in Riga and Vilnius remained unchanged over the week, at 0.825 euros per liter and 0.709 euros per liter, respectively. In Tallinn, the price of autogas decreased by 0.6% compared to the previous week, reaching 0.894 euros per liter.
