Iran Calls on Citizens to Conserve Electricity

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian made an urgent appeal to the nation to reduce electricity consumption. He emphasized that this is necessary due to potential attacks from the US and Israel on the country's infrastructure.

"Enemies are targeting our infrastructure and trying to surround us to create discontent among the people and turn current satisfaction into dissatisfaction. People should not allow conditions for discontent to arise," said Pezeshkian.

The president emphasized that it is extremely important for Iranians to reduce electricity consumption to avoid serious negative consequences. In the event of attacks on infrastructure by adversaries, the country may face a severe shortage of resources.

"Right now, we do not need people to make sacrifices, but we need to control consumption. At home, instead of turning on 10 light bulbs, use 2 – what’s the problem?" added the president of Iran.

Threats from the US and Israel

Recently, the United States openly stated its intentions to attack Iranian infrastructure if the conditions of the declared ceasefire are violated. Similar warnings have also come from Israel regarding Tehran.

However, the Iranian regime is currently refusing to conclude a peace agreement, citing excessive demands from Washington. The main condition of the American administration is Iran's complete abandonment of its nuclear program development.
