The Ukrainian publication "Ukrinform" reports that explosions were also heard in the Tver region. In addition, it is specified that drones attacked the Novo-Yaroslavl oil refinery, owned by Slavneft-YANOS, where a fire broke out. This refinery is considered the sixth largest in Russia.
