"The coalition of willing countries" and the United States may prepare a common position on security guarantees for Ukraine by the end of January. This was announced by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk after a meeting of European leaders in Paris.
"It seems very plausible, just don’t hold me to it, that the common position should be ready by the end of January," he said.
