Russians Advance in Dnipropetrovsk Region: ISW Details Revealed

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, in the Alekseevka direction, Russian military forces have succeeded and managed to advance.

This is stated in the latest report from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). In particular, analysts noted that geolocated video recordings show how Russians advanced in the southeastern part of the village of Stepne and to the east of the settlement of Alekseevka.

ISW added that according to Russian war correspondents, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) counterattacked the Russians near Alekseevka.

Furthermore, as analysts pointed out, Russians advanced towards Pokrovsk. Analysts added that Russian troops attacked near Pokrovsk itself.

It is also noted that the enemy is actively attacking in the area of Dobropillya.

Situation in Dnipropetrovsk Region

Recently, military observer Denis Popovich noted that the situation at the junction of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions is "alarming." He emphasized that there has been an observed advance of the Russian army with a small number of assaults.

Additionally, the commander of the 3rd battalion of the Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytsky Brigade, Oleg Glushko, with the call sign "Alligator," reported that the intensity of fighting in Dnipropetrovsk region has significantly increased in recent days. "Alligator" explained that the Russians intensified their pressure by redeploying part of their troops from the Dobropillya and Pokrovsk directions.

Moreover, the DeepState project reported that the occupiers, using fog, entered Alekseevka in Dnipropetrovsk region, which is located north of Verbove.
