Modern parents are increasingly asking the question: how to help a child become more independent, self-confident, and capable of making choices. At the same time, traditional methods - control, reminders, or, conversely, complete freedom - do not yield sustainable results.

Experience of Responsibility and Choice

The summer camp for children "Resource" is a space where a child gains such experience in a safe and supportive environment. The program is based on the principles of practical psychology: through real situations, the child learns to act, understand themselves, and draw conclusions.

Every day, children are involved in live processes: they negotiate, assign roles, make decisions, and organize team actions. A child may be responsible for gathering the group or preparing for an activity – and sees how their actions affect others. This creates a natural sense of responsibility and significance. An important part of the program is reflecting on experiences. Children learn to notice what they succeed at, where difficulties arise, and how they can act more effectively. Gradually, an understanding of their strengths and inner support is formed.

Independence does not appear when a child is let go, but when they are ready for it.

For younger children, this is the first confident step: managing without constant help, completing what they started, and building interactions with others.

For teenagers, it is already the next level: choices, goals, time planning, and moving towards results. It is through such experiences that stable self-esteem is formed – not from external evaluations, but from their own "I can do it." Initiative arises, interest in activities, and a willingness to put in effort.

Independence is not explained. It is experienced.

A Space Where a Child Grows

Special attention is given to live communication. Limiting the use of phones helps children step away from the usual digital background and re-engage in interaction, interest, and their own activity. The result that parents note after the camp session is that the child becomes more focused, confident, engages in dialogue more easily, shows initiative, and takes on more responsibility in everyday life.

The "Resource" camp is a space where a child becomes more independent, confident, and capable of choosing their path.
