“You don’t deserve to carry the surname Plushenko”: Alexander Plushenko sharply responded to his brother’s attacks on their father

The younger son of Evgeni Plushenko, known as Gnom Gnomych, publicly refuted the accusations of his half-brother, Yegor Ermak, against their father, calling his statements lies and manipulation.

Thirteen-year-old Alexander Plushenko, known to the public as Gnom Gnomych, delivered an emotional response to the scandalous interview of his half-brother Yegor Ermak. In this interview, Yegor, the elder son of Evgeni Plushenko from his first marriage, accused their father of allegedly "erasing" him from his life and organizing harassment, as well as threatening with some compromising material.

In his video address, published on Instagram, Alexander stated that he was ready to "tell the whole truth" about the situation.

Alexander's Sharp Response

Addressing his brother, Alexander did not hold back his emotions: "I can no longer call you my brother. And it’s good that you are Ermak. You don’t deserve the surname Plushenko." He made serious counter-accusations against Yegor.

According to Alexander, Yegor Ermak appeared in their father’s life only when he needed money. The younger Plushenko also recounted that once Yegor even tried to stage a "setup" involving journalists.

Episode at Mishin's Show

Alexander recalled one such episode that occurred during the anniversary show of their former coach Plushenko, Alexei Mishin. He directly asked Yegor: "Dear Yegorushka, why didn’t you tell that we invited you to the dressing room, but you told dad: 'Let’s go outside.' So that the press could film you there. We figured it all out."

Plushenko Jr. emphasized that he and their father sincerely invited Yegor to the show itself and to the subsequent banquet. However, Yegor himself declined these offers, even though in his interview he claimed that their father did not pay him enough attention.

Gifts and Father's Attitude

Alexander also reproached his brother for the selectivity of his stories: "And when was the last time you visited us in Moscow, why didn’t you mention that my mom gave you the latest phone and the latest computer at your request? You only talked about the worst things." He expressed confusion regarding the accusations against their father.

The younger Plushenko continued: "I read on all social networks that my dad [allegedly] said something bad about you and your family. Please tell me, when was that? When did your and my father say something bad about you? On the contrary, he always said he was waiting for you, and he did wait."

Financial Dependence and Hard Work

Alexander reproached his brother for not calling their paternal grandfather and even ironically apologized for a long-standing episode: "If you want, I can buy you one, because my brother and I have been earning our own money since we were four. We know the value of money."

He compared Yegor to the sons of Yana Rudkovskaya from her first marriage, who, according to him, "studied hard, one has a red diploma, the other a blue diploma. They never ask or beg, while you wrote and called only because you constantly needed money. That’s why dad stopped answering you."

Yegor's Coldness and His Motives

Alexander Plushenko noted that Yegor himself showed coldness in communicating with their father’s new family. He provided an example when Yegor came to Alexander’s training, but not for support.

The purpose of the visit was to ask their father to ride his collectible motorcycles, even though "dad had already told him that it was not allowed." Plushenko Jr. concluded: "So, you understand, right, how a bit sneaky this person is."

Yegor's Career and His Demands

Alexander openly asked his brother sharp questions about his independence and achievements: "Why are you begging for money from dad at 19? Have you tried to earn it yourself? And in sports, who have you become?" He contrasted his successes with Yegor’s.

The younger Plushenko reminded: "I have achieved some significant heights. Your father got you into the football team 'Zenit,' and you — you quit hockey, then quit football. Anyone can ride motorcycles." Yegor, by the way, is currently engaged in repairing equipment.

Background: Yegor Ermak's Interview

Recall that earlier Yegor Ermak, the son of Evgeni Plushenko from his first marriage to the daughter of a St. Petersburg businessman, Maria Ermak, gave a resonant interview. In it, he claimed that his father had avoided communication with him for years and ignored his attempts to meet, effectively removing himself from his life.

Yegor also stated that his father did not give him the promised gifts and did not provide sufficient financial support. He accused Evgeni Plushenko of spreading lies about him and his mother in the media.

During the interview, Ermak even demonstrated an envelope with some "compromising material," containing medical reports and other documents. These materials, according to him, were related to a joint vacation trip with their father and his new family several years ago, after which he needed rehabilitation.

Yegor threatened to disclose these details if the lies about his family from Plushenko did not stop. So far, neither Evgeni Plushenko nor Yana Rudkovskaya have publicly commented on Yegor Ermak's statements.
