cottage cheese — 500 g

butter — 100 g

banana — 300 g

cookies — 300 g

sour cream — 200 g

chocolate — 100 g

gelatin — 20 g

Cookie Base

Start with the cookies: you can leave them whole, break them into small pieces, or crush them into crumbs – choose what you prefer. Then pour the melted butter over the prepared cookies, mixing thoroughly until uniform. Carefully spread this mixture into the mold intended for your future cake, forming a dense bottom layer.
