According to Solomatina, it contains complete protein, which is necessary for building and renewing body tissues. Pork is also rich in heme iron. Additionally, the meat contains B vitamins, including vitamin B12, which is absent in plant foods.

Moreover, the product contains zinc, which is important for immunity, skin condition, and reproductive function. There is also selenium, which is involved in the functioning of the thyroid gland and protects the cardiovascular system. The composition also includes calcium, magnesium, and choline. These are important for transmitting nerve impulses, maintaining pressure, forming bone tissue, and producing energy.

The doctor noted that pork can be part of a balanced diet if prepared correctly. It is better to choose lean cuts, avoid overcooking the meat until it is charred, and prefer baking or cooking over an open flame without excess fat. In combination with vegetables, pork shashlik can be not only delicious but also a healthy dish.
